CE:

All Sitram pressure cookers have the CE marking.

The CE marking is an international standard testifying our products meet the safety standards of the “Pressure Equipment Directive”(97/23/CE), adopted by the European Parliament and the European Council in May 1997. In this perspective, our products comply with European regulation NF EN 12778 (Pressure cookers for domestic use).

These certificates are given by two of the leading certification bodies: Le Laboratoire National d’Essais (LNE) (National Tests Laboratory) and Bureau Véritas (BV).

UL:

Some products dedicated to the American market are also approved by the Underwriters Laboratories organization (UL), one of the world’s leading organization in product-safety testing and certification. These products comply with the UL136 regulation.

NSF：

This certification service is the most recognized and respected by the industry. This brand testifies that the product does comply with the standards of hygiene and food compliance of the NSF/ANSI-2 regulation. Our professional range PRO.2 is NSF certified.
