Summer Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
½ kilogram green beans
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
2 scallions, white part only, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise in half
½ cup toasted almonds flakes
Preparation:
Cut both ends off of the beans, and use fingers to break beans into 3cm pieces. Fill saucepan with water, and heat until the water boils. Add the green beans and blanch for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.
Heat oil on medium-low for 15 seconds. Add scallions and garlic, and stir for 10 seconds.
Stir in the green beans and cherry tomatoes, then immediately add the soy sauce and rice wine. Turn off the heat. Pour in the toasted sesame oil. Garnish with toasted almonds flakes.
