Purpose: Sitram brought its knowledgeable experience in terms of the cooking industry and created a friendly, exclusive & memorable evening for only gastronomy lovers.

In launching Un diner Presque Sitram, Sitram let the 5 senses guide, which led the guests on an exploration of a different universe of sight, sound, touch, taste and smell.

 

Place :The evening unfolded on the 6th floor of the Sitram showroom, a 400 square meter space, which was an ideal location with modern decorations.


Guests : From 7 to 11 p.m. around 100 guests from the Food & Beverage and Service industries attended the evening, with CEO and decision makers from luxury hotels, distributors, wholesales, banks, and French institutions.Thanks to the evening’s partners, the guests were treated to an array of sensory pleasures.

 

Descritption: 

In the huge open kitchen, the sense of taste was aroused by Nicolas Vienne, a famous French chef in Shanghai who works in the Sofitel hotel. In the company of his sous-chefs, he performed in front of the guests and added his own twist to some delicious French classic dishes (30 days Duck liver terrine confit, Jellified Pot au feu, Spoon of beef bourguignon...)

 

The guests’ ears were serenaded by the jazz sounds of Anne Avenou, a French singer, who performed a private concert on the terrace surrounded by the skyline view, which offered a memorable and exclusive moment to celebrate French Music Day!

 

All along the evening, tasting and demonstration of wine & food took place. As a starter, guests enjoyed a spoon of delicious caviar presented in an ice sculpture, which was enjoyed with Champagne and wines from a French castle in the Côtes-du-Rhône. The sweet moment came with some colorful and tasty French cakes (petit choux, opera, maccaron) and chocolate tastings from one of France’s most famous chocolatiers, which were combined with a mix of healthy fresh fruits juices.
